Common questions
Does it work in a laptop?
No. Laptops do not have U.2 connectors. It is for servers, workstations and backplanes with SFF-8639 bays.
Can it connect to a normal SATA port?
No. The host must support U.2 / SFF-8639 NVMe drives.
Which SSDs does it take?
M.2 SSDs that fit the board's sockets. Send us your drive model and we will confirm before you order.
