These Terms of Service apply when you browse compartslb.com or place an order with Compartslb. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to them. If you have a question, message us on WhatsApp at +961 3 919 372 before you order.

1. Who we are

Compartslb is a computer accessories and electronics store at Taleb Building, Corniche Al Mazraa (Floor -1), Beirut, Lebanon. Our store is open Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

2. Products and photos

We describe every product as accurately as we can. Colours can look slightly different on different screens, and some photos show the product with accessories for illustration only. What is included is listed in the product description. If you are unsure, ask us before you order.

3. Prices

All prices are in US dollars (USD). Prices and availability can change without notice. The price you pay is the price shown when you place your order. If an item's price was shown by mistake, or the item is out of stock, we will contact you before delivery, and you can choose to continue or cancel.

4. Orders

After you place an order, we may call or message you on WhatsApp to confirm it. Please make sure your phone number and address are correct. We may refuse or cancel an order if we cannot reach you, if the details are incomplete, or if the quantity requested is unusual for personal use.

5. Payment

Payment is cash on delivery, paid to the delivery driver when you receive your order, or in cash at our store.

6. Delivery

We deliver all over Lebanon for a flat fee of $4, usually within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery times are an estimate and can be longer during holidays, bad weather or road closures. Please check your order when it arrives. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

7. Warranty and returns

Our products are covered against factory defects. Physical damage and misuse are not covered. How to make a claim is explained in our Warranty and Returns Policy.

8. Using our website

Please do not misuse the website, for example by trying to break its security or by copying our photos and text for commercial use without our permission. Product names and brands mentioned on the website belong to their owners.

9. Reviews

Reviews you post must be honest and about your own experience. We may remove reviews that are offensive, contain personal information or are not about the product.

10. Privacy

We use your name, phone number and address mainly to process and deliver your order and to contact you about it. Read our Privacy Policy for details.

11. Liability

We are responsible for the products we sell as described in these terms and our warranty policy. We are not responsible for indirect losses, such as lost data or lost business, caused by using a product. Please back up your data before connecting new devices.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies to orders placed after the date shown at the top.

13. Applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon.
