At Compartslb we stand behind what we sell. If a product has a factory defect, we will take care of it.

What the warranty covers

• Factory defects: a product that does not work as described because of a manufacturing fault.

What the warranty does not cover

• Physical damage (drops, cracks, cut or bent cables, broken connectors)
• Misuse, such as wrong installation, wrong power supply or opening the product

How to claim

1. Message us on WhatsApp at +961 3 919 372 with your name, the product and the date you bought it.
2. Send a short photo or video showing the problem.
3. We will tell you how to bring the item to our shop on Corniche Al Mazraa, Beirut, for checking.
4. If the factory defect is confirmed, we repair or replace the product.

Please keep the product's box and accessories until you are sure everything works.
